Dr. ONG was thorough, sympathetic, and listened as I described my symptoms. He suggested I try a simple approach to my suspected condition before resorting to more invasive, expensive procedures. Explained everything well.
Dr. Ong was very friendly and took the time to understand my issues and concerns. Made his recommendations in plain English not medical terms that most of us would not understand. The front office people were very welcoming.
This was my second time to have this scan performed. It was much more private and personal than the first. Also there was no pre-test discomfort, I was out the whole time.
Dr. Ong was very respectful and thorough, explaining everything in a detailed and caring manner. This was my first procedure with him and I would highly recommend him.
