We used Bryan &Bryan after researching several different companies. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Our inspector, Adam Wells, did an absolute amazing job. I was present for the entire inspection and he did not mind me following him around asking a lot of questions as we are buying our first home. Hired this firm for an inspection. Bryan & Bryan created lots of unnecessary concerns and caused buyers to back out. Used a lot of words like could be or possibly/possible. I need you to present findings but not a referral list of vendors to fix issues that MAY be present. The potential buyer did complain about the extensive sales pitch presented during the inspection review with the inspector. They offer many services and quick with referrals on contractors...which is distasteful and unprofessional.
We are buying a new home in the area and Chad did a fantastic job! He was extremely thorough. Great customer service.
