Dr Head was very nice" But it's very crowded and they wouldn't let my Dad make an appointment until he paid a 72.00 balance and he's on a small fixed dissabilty! I think they should be considerate to the patients like this. 72.00 is alot to someone on fixed income. Also he said he'd never even been there before! He just moved to Gainesville in July" He's lived out of state! So we paid a bill that we didnt think we were responsible for!!!!!
Dr. Tanna is very personal and answered all my questions and they gave me the most courteous care. And I love you have a nurse just to take notes for you. Really professional
I really liked my new Dr. And her nurse. The desk staff aren't very patient friendly. Maybe they weren't having a good day? They smiled and talked with co workers fine.
