I was astonished that I received a call today from a COLLECTION AGENT about a bill that YOU INCORRECTLY FILED with my insurance company from 11/8/2017. I have talked to your billing office several times about this bill as has my insurance agent with the Chastain Agency. Dr. Nixon did my back surgery about 5 weeks ago for spinal stenosis. I am so much better now. I have been very happy with this doctor.
