I was astonished that I received a call today from a COLLECTION AGENT about a bill that YOU INCORRECTLY FILED with my insurance company from 11/8/2017. I have talked to your billing office several times about this bill as has my insurance agent with the Chastain Agency. Diagnostic Clinic really made me angry today. I need to be seen but because I have a balance, they want me to pay $120 before I can. Glad to know I am denied patient care due to money. Also glad I dont deny my patients at the hospital care because they owe money or have an outstanding bill. I understand businesses must make money to thrive and doctors have to be paid for services but I am also angry because I pay over 600 dollars per month for health insurance and it should pay for these things to be done.
