As a patient I am very happy with the care I get from all the providers I have had the opportunity to be seen by; although I am very unhappy with the phone system. You must go through a centralized switchboard to reach anyone, and can be lost in terminal hold or a mailbox at anytime. I love my PCP Dr Hillary Morgan and would not give her up due to this awful phone system, but would encourage an outside panel to evaluate the effectiveness of this part of the service.
I see Dr Archer and Dr Joseph. Both great Doctors! Dr Archer and his staff really go out of their way to help. Couldn't be more satisfied he cares about his patients. Dr Joseph same way with the Care of my heart! Thanks

Kim, the nuclear medicine radiology tech was top notch!! She is compassionate, smart and kind, and answered all of my questions.
I've been seeing Dr. Harris for a little over a year and really couldn't be happier! She has helped me with issues I've been fighting for years! As long as she is available, I won't go anywhere else. The 1hr drive is totally worth it! Office staff and lab are amazing as well!!

I'm writing on behalf of my Mother who is a patient of several Drs at this location. She called yesterday to see one, they made her an appointment and then asked her to hold...came back on the line and told her that no they could not see her as she had an outstanding balance and needed to speak to the Business office so they transferred her. Business office says yes she has a balance and named the amount. Quite interestingly enough that balance has been paid in FULL and we have the cancelled check to show it cleared the bank... read more
