I’ve been tossed around like a football. The OBGYN at Longstreet doesn’t have an answer for my pain or bleeding, and other than an ultrasound she hasn’t done anything else. She sent me to my PCP, PCP sent me right back to my OBGYN. Trying to get ahold of anyone for anything in the office is a hassle and almost always requires four or five phone calls. I love seeing Brittany at the Braselton location. But they run late. I waited 2 hours for my child to be seen for 5 minutes! I came 20 minutes before my appointment time like they asked and when getting here, 2 hours because of 1 difficult patient they told me.

My son has always gone to Longstreet Pediatrics (Baldwin office), but they just lost my business today. My son has chronic ear issues, and when he has a problem, he needs to be seen soon. I called for an appointment, explaining the issue , and asked for an appointment. They were full for the day, so I asked for an appointment tomorrow. They REFUSED to give me an appointment.
