NGDC is efficient, caring and very available to us here! Both of us have been patients and are pleased with the immediate care as well as the follow up care.
Waited 1.5 hours and finally had to cancel to reach other appointments. Staff asked if I wanted to reschedule? I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and this was the last straw. They have competent physicians but staff is curt, insensitive and uncaring.
Dr. Nixon quickly identified my problem and clearly identified the steps it would take to correct the issue. I got a second opinion from another practice and it confirmed what Dr Nixon had told me. I'm very happy with my results.
Dr. Tanna is a awesome Dr and her staff is so caring especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. Thank you all for making my visits comfortable. And her MA Becky is so sweet.
