Dr Zappan was very through. I was very happy with the Dr. Zappan and his office staff.

I went to Dr Zappan to have my foot evaluated for a bump. Dr zappan proceeded with X-RAYS which he did not even read that visit but rather charged me another copay for another visit so he could read them then. He diagnosed me with foot arthitis and said I need 400 dollar orthotics. I got a second opinion from another doctor who correctly diagnosed me with a bone spur. Not only did I spend 2 copays instead of one and extra on his X-rays but he completely misread the X-rays and overcharged.
