Dr. Zappan is very unprofessional. He’s very argumentative and short tempered. In retaliation to my not wanting to visit his office again he decided to charge a fee for previously missed appointments. At no point was a fee for missed appointments ever mentioned , I was only asked to reschedule. The treatment I received was poor. I still have the same condition with my feet it’s the same as the day I walked into his office. Dr. Zappan isnt a good doctor. Treatment was poor. Unprofessional.
He is rude and terrible with patients. I would NEVER recommend this Dr. He actually expects me to come to him daily to have my foot wrapped for $75! And he was a jerk because he failed to obtain the approval for my MRI or respond to Jefferson to obtain the approval and claimed I was NON COMPLIANT. Seriously blamed the patient for something I was unaware of until the hospital called me. He said they never left a vm, their vm box was FULL and belonged to someone named KIM? Very unprofessiona
I have been going to Bruce Zappan for years. I am an avid and active tennis player. Without Bruce's continued, compassionate and most of all EXPERT care, I would not be playing today. He has helped me through bouts of plantar fasciitis, a plantar plate injury, hammer toe, as well as other issues. Spot-on with his suggestions and treatment, he ALWAYS knows what will work. Scheduling is easy with Kim, his ultra friendly, efficient assistant who keeps the office tidy & running smoothly.

As a Law Enforcement professional, I'm on my feet all day every day. When I first saw Dr. Zappan, I was suffering from severe, nearly debilitating pain in both feet, which was effecting my ability to do my job and my overall quality of life. Dr. Zappan quickly diagnosed the issue, providing an extremely effective treatment and maintenance plan which solved my issue and provided me with a renewed ability to do my job effectively and enjoy my life more. I would highly recommend Dr. Zappan.
Dr. Zappan was very friendly and calming. I felt trusted as a patient, which made even more trusting of him.
Was very easy to get an appointment, and the location is super convenient for me - in the middle of center city. Upon arrival there was very little paperwork and wait time before seeing Dr. Zappan. Dr. Zappan was super helpful; in addition to fitting me for custom orthotics, made recommendations for sneakers etc. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend him and his practice.
