Purchases a new vehicle April of 2014. So far every service/maintenance visit has been a problem. Customer service is less than stellar. Appointments scheduled online, confirmation emails received. Arrive for appointment they are clueless as to why you are there and suddenly have no loaner. Read the fine print when/if you go for oil changes. I worked with Sami Ismail when purchasing my new Pathfinder last month. It was an absolute pleasure. No sales pressure at all and very friendly. I don't often write reviews, but finding a car dealership and salesman that treated me with respect and courtesy deserves a notice. The rest of the team was great as well, Tom Jonas (Sales manager) and Elizabeth Arnold (Finance manager), both bent over backwards to help me get the deal that I wanted. I was not at all happy with my experience on 2/16/15 at 10:15am. They didn't have but 2 of the 4 tires I ordered 2 weeks prior and didn't communicate that to me until 11:30am. I told the young lady that checked me in that I would be waiting and she showed us the lounge. It wasn't until I checked did another gentleman tell me about the situation because they left messages for me at home at work. I was told that I would have to wait for the tires to arrive at 1pm. I purchased a previously owned Jeep from Brown Hyundai and was intentionally decieved about the condition of the car. I reported the incident to the Virginia State police becuase it had to do with inspection and this forced them to pay for their mistake. I thought that was the end of it until recently when my brakes needed repair and replacement. The Goodyear center informed me a defective part was used when preping the car for sale from Brown This surfaced in the form of leaking break fliud and made the car extremely unsafe... read more
