The General Manager, Andy Thomas, helped me so much! He took personal care of any issues I had and I had an excellent buying experience from here. Mr. Shah, my salesperson, was also great. He followed up with me multiple times and I walked out very satisfied. Thanks Brown's Hyundai!

The service dept is great! I kept smelling antifreeze while driving. Thought it might be my imagination, but Ken assured me I was not. There was air in the line (of something) they fixed it.
I'm extremely disappointed. Took my car in for a simple oil change and they removed my tires to inspect my brakes? Why? Did I ask you to do that? NO! Well they torqued my locking lug nuts on so tight that a 300lb man with a four way couldn't budge them! Directions on locking lug kit specifically says not to use air gun! Now my socket is ruined and one of my lugs is stuck in my cousin's craftsmen socket!
My 2012 Veloster has been at this dealership for almost 2 weeks.. Brought it in because of it not wanting to start and when it finally did start it wouldn't go into gear.. they still haven't found the root of the problem to my car. I've taken it home multiple times only to have to not start for me again. The only good side to this is that Ken and Hector are trying to fix it.. other than that I don't think I'll be getting another Hyundai.
Sale was very easy. Had a overall good experience.
