Very good experiences so far. Yesterday I was in a hurry to get just a oil change and State inspection done. I was traveling and did not have time for 15000 miles service. They convinced me it would be done by 11:00 AM. By 10:30 it was done, washed and cleaned. Very Impressed.
If I could get Someone to resolve my issue on a $300 over bill on the package I received I’m on my brand new 2017 I purchased last year I would give this place a five I have contacted my sales person several times Sammy and I have even contacted the general manager and still no answer
Mike Seymour is the only good thing about this place. I've been here 4 times since April with problems with my 2013 veloster.
On Sept. 11, 2017 I had my brakes replaced (rotors and pads) at a local garage which I trust to do fine work. After I got the car back, I started noticing a slight noise coming from the front left wheel. I thought it was something to do with the new brakes. However, I took the car to Manassas Hyundai who found the problem (non brake related) and fixed it. On December 31, 2015, I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Browns Hyundai Manassas. Unfortunately, after spending several thousands of dollars on routine maintenance, I discovered that the vehicle had been in an accident prior to purchase.
