Browns worked with me from the very start. I actually checked them out a month before I bought my car and was working with a car salesman on what I needed to do to be ready to buy a car. When I came back, however, the salesman I was working with was no longer with the company. That didn’t matter because Pedro and Reuben took great care of me! This place is very unprofessional. I was treated like a 4th class citizen. I went out and test drove a SUV that I fell in love with. I decided to proceed with the paperwork. I gave them everything they asked for (Financial information) and was expecting a call from Chris to let me know if everything was a go. I had to call Chris to inquire about my deal only to be told that they sold it to someone else. I will not recommend doing business with this dealership to anyone I know. ����
I took my brand new Kia Soul in to get its 7,500 mile check up they ruined my tires each one was damaged I lost complete control and almost crashed my car. The shocks were damaged the battery was drained for no reason. I'll never return. Now I'm stuck without a car and I'm out of state.
