I went to Brown's for a recall on my car. They told me that it would likely take 2-3 hours to complete, but I was out in an hour (and I even showed up early for the appointment!) I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the yummy treats/beverages, and the quick/accurate work. Thank you!
2 years with a defective car, changed my oil twice and never put back, ran the car with less than a quart of oil, never returns calls, they don't care about the customer after purchase. They are dishonest, please save yourself from the headaches they will give you. My Sorento is unsafe and they haven't been able to fix it for 2 years!
I have had numerous issues with this dealership since I purchased my vehicle. The latest being the door handle coming off in my hand and them estimating $500 to fix it. Took it to a body shop and got it fixed for $95. They caused several issues with my vehicle just prior to purchase which they have never fixed despite numerous attempts. Hear Ye, Hear Ye....! I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim. It included a Head Unit with GPS. Sounds great right? We'll hold on....what the dealership does not tell you, is, that after your first update it will cost you semiannually or annually $145.00 for updates. Kia has installed units that use MnSoft Mapping Software and that's the cost for updates. I'm not sure what other Models Kia or Hiundai use so I say "buyer beware".
