I just got my car serviced Saturday for 65k service and 4 tires. The wrong tires were delivered so to get me through the week, I was told a patch was put on my tire that had a screw in it My tire pressure was at 31 versus 40 like the other 3. as the day progressed it went down to 13. Needless to say, I don't think a patch was put on and to make matters worse my check engine light came on. Someone explain to me what my 1400$ went to. Great service and everyone is so nice
Staff is very friendly. The staff from different departments asked was I okay and to let them know if I had any questions. Staff is very professional. I loved how the waiting area is nice and clean and you can also see the mechanics servicing your vehicle
Pedro and Claudia were incredible. I had a ton of questions and concerns and they didn't pressure me at all. I know my boys and I will be in a safe reliable car. The price was less than other dealerships in the DMV and certified pre-owned which came with an incredible warranty! We will definitely come back to Browns Manassas Kia and I have already recommended your dealership to several people.
