The salesperson was prompt and attentive. I explained what I wanted and she went straight to work. She came back 2 min later to let me know the SUV I wanted had been sold an hr before I got there.

They were good. It took a long time to get through the sale and they added a bunch of additional charges but we bought the car. It was clean and in good condition.
