STAY AWAY !!!! Got a Certificate from USAA for the vehicle and when I got there the Dealership tried to add on the 127 point Inspection at 1.3K as well as additional processing fees. I showed the the certificate from USAA and it took 2 additional times before they got the pricing right. They also increased the Registration and Title charges for WV by 400.00 which I showed them off of the DMV site and an email. This dealer is a total joke. Quoted me a price by email, then when I visited, did a bait and switch and try to tack on all these extra charges and fees leading to a ridiculously high price. After I walked out, the salesman reached out to try to get me to come back in saying he had a new price for me. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice no way! I told this dealer to send me the new price by email. To date, no response. Find another dealer, this one will rip you off.

I did go drive this vehicle and overall it was a good experience. There was "damage" on the vehicle that was not disclosed previously, though the explanation was that it was not an "accident" and is minor in nature. The dealer could not even tell me exactly what the damage was except that it was to the front end right side. From my experience, I found mismatched paint, though very slight, that showed evidence of repairs. After contacting the dealer ,I received a call for Erik ,who was willing to answer my questions ,but still took 3 days to get pictures send to me and also get financing app tested to my phone.Since i did not get any follow up call from dealership ,I called Erik again and was told due to my low credit score i had to pay higher interest ,which i totally understand.My frustration is that after agreeing to pay higher payments ,I was told by Erik that I had to pay over 2400.00 in dealer RECONDITIONING FEES ,IN ADDITION TO ADVERTI... read more

The dealer contacted me and quoted me an out-the-door price as I had requested. Unfortunately, the dealer quoted me an additional $2K of fees on this new car and I did not find it worthwhile to go see it.

The dealer was very prompt in their reply. Once I made an appointment, the car was waiting for me when I arrived. The car condition was as advertised. They did a very nice job of cleaning inside and outside. The sales person and the finance manager were courteous and professional. The only suggestion is to research the of the car and have an “out the door price” in mind and negotiate. They initially tried to charge me additional fees in excess of $2,000. This was in addition to the tax and $899 in processing fees.
