This is probably the worst place to visit in the Northern Virginia. Hernesto, the sales person contacted me few times and finally setup a meeting last Friday. When I got there, he totally ignored me and didn’t even bother to say Hi because he thought he could close a deal with another customer. and then some random person tried to show me the car. Very rude with no professional skills at all. I would advise the management to send them to a real customer service training classes. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME TO VISIT THAT PLACE.

Truck was shown to me with two bald back tires they were lowballing me on my trade-in and wanted top dollar for the truck all show in the pictures they showed two decals one on each side of the bed when I got there the passenger side bed apparently had been repainted and new decal was put on their response was will take off the money for the two tires and you go get two new tires put on which I think was a big inconvenience I think it was very unprofessional and I will never go back there again !

Okay staff I walked outside for about 10 minutes before I went inside, seems as though no one greeted me and said can I help you, one young man says I'm here to assist. I probably will not visit this dealership again
