We've been with brown properties roughly 3 years. My home is always rented within a 3 to 4 week timeframe maximum. The office staff answers all of my silly questions. I feel they really care about my home!

Jeb and Shawn are very personable and hands on with their clients. Great to deal with. They worked very hard to help my family and I find the perfect house. It is nice to find a broker that you feel truly cares about you. They were both available at anytime. Jeb and Shawn answered any and all questions we had with honesty and sincerity. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jeb Brown on many occasions and recently I referred one of my close friends who needed help finding a rental. Since he is in the military he may not be moving to the area for several months. At a moments notice Jeb and his staff went into action trying to help my friend. Their dedication to help Veterans and Active service is unmatched.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We trusted them to take care of my property when I got out of the military but we've had nothing but problems and while our tenants have destroyed our home, they have failed to withhold their obligation to make everything as stress free as possible.
Jeb and Shawn are down to earth, incredibly helpful, and truly want to make your experience smooth and easy. I would recommend them to anyone!
