Brown properties will overcharge you at any chance they get. Any maintenance requests that you send up will hardly ever get looked at and on top of that the service that is provided is the worst I have experienced. The customer service is another awful story in itself, hopefully you never have to deal with Michelle, the maintenance supervisor. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with these thieves then make sure you can afford all the ridiculous expenses they'll charge you for.
RecommendedThis is my 2nd time using bpofnc services. The first of which was in 2012 while on active duty I got transferred away from Jacksonville. Shawn and Jeb had my place rented within three weeks. It stayed rented for 2 years until I moved back. I’ve since moved away from the Jacksonville area, and they were my 1st choice to manage my property the second time around. My experience is just as good as before. These people are the bee’s knees. We had a terrible, HORRIFYING experience with Fountain Realty managing our house. Brown’s communication and everything in between with us has been top notch since we switched over to them last year. They are wonderful people. I will send everyone I can your way!
After a horrifying experience with seacoast rentals as our property managers Brown properties has been a breath of fresh air and has reduced so much of the stress we had being landlords. They rented our house very quickly. Maintenance needed to get it ready for renters was extremely quick. Every time I talk to someone from the office they are so nice and make me feel so comfortable that our home is in their hands. Useless and unneeded trash poisoning the community day by day.
Our house was listed just this past weekend, and we already have a signed lease! They have been so helpful. They advertise a family atmosphere, and I have felt nothing less than part of their extended family. They have listened to my cry, taken my calls late at night, and gone above and beyond to find someone perfect for our home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
