they are scammer and they are not good with fixing things in house holes..
First they are amazing property management company. Always available to answer any questions I might have had and always got my home re rented when tenants would suddenly break their lease. Even during high stress times when I might have been a little crazy they kept cool and got the job done. Secondly when we decided to put our house up on the market recently they got two showings scheduled the first day on the market and a full price offer the second day. No matter what your needs they can help you meet them!
Two years ago I made the best decision to place our lovely home on Shawn and Jeb hand as our military life had come to an end and move back home. I interview three other popular companies in town and did not like anything they said all the wanted was just to get their hand in my house to sell it , regardless on how that would affect us!! I do not recommend brown properties!!! The minute we told them we were not continuing to rent and we were selling through our original agent, they dropped us completely. In the middle of a repair from the hurricane, and don’t take care of our property as they said they did!!! Please think twice about this company! They don’t care about you or the properties!!!!!
The Brown family and peers have been my property management for over 2 years now and I can't thank them all enough for their hard work and dedication for these years. I couldn't have asked for better managers. Everything is always taken care of, maintenance is always done, and my property is a top priority for them.
