We bought a new A/C unit when we bought our house. They did an excellent job! They didn't try to pressure us into buying a unit that was too big or wasn't what we needed. They looked at the old unit and said that is needed to be replaced. We asked if it could be repaired and we were told yes but it might run for another year at the most. Service Tech Dustin was fantastic. Our home is newly built so we didn’t expect there to be any major issues. I appreciate the fact that the duct work was pointed out to be functioning but could have been done better by our builder. The explanations and photos drills home his point and justifies any extra expense we might want to look into to make sure our home is as efficient as possible.

He appeared to be thorough in his review of our current systems and provided a detailed quote for review and discussion.
