Jim M******** performed a service call on my unit last Thursday. I was glad to see him show at my doorstep at the expected time. It was getting pretty warm in my house with rising temps. He has been the technician that has helped me in the past and I feel quite confident in his expertise. He is always friendly, but professional and efficient. Thanks Jim!
The Tech was selective in what answers he would provide when it comes to fixing the problem. He would not disclose how much he scaled the freon at. We were charged for 5 pounds without even knowing how much was needed to charge the system. He is require to know the exact poundage by law. He did help with coolant options but we could have received a lower cost service using another company not covered by American Home Shield.
Excellent technician and service. Very attentive to COVID 19 protocols.

Michael did a terrific job. He diagnosed the problem. Went out the same evening to find a part so that we would not have to sleep in a hot stuffy house and came back and installed the part at 930. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. Keep hiring and retaining guys like Michael and you will get 5 stars everytime. Michael clearly cares about customers and doesn't just do what is easy, he does what is right. Thank you Michael and God bless you and your family.
