I scheduled a service call to have my AC unit assessed. It was running nonstop and not cooling. I was informed of what was causing the problem and received options for both repairs and replacements. Ultimately, I decided a replacement unit was a better long term option for me and my house. But I was glad to have options for repair. In a different situation, I might have chosen a repair over a new unit.
