Without a doubt one of the most sleazy real estate offices in Miami Beach and that's hard to do! DO NOT TRUST the Managing Broker of the Miami Beach Continuum and Sunset Harbor offices. In my opinion, this guy is not to be trusted and whatever you do don't rely on his word; he is a compulsive liar and cheat. I (very foolishly) gave him a mortgage and he is over two months in default as of now and evading my questions. He is telling me what HE thinks I want to hear rather than the truth...
