Dr. Erika Yu is my favorite doctor so far. The West Park staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this office.
This place provides health capitalism, not healthcare. Been going there since maybe 2016 on and off whenever they accepted my ins. The current provider has been there for a few years now despite the high employee turnover. Built a great rapport with her when I had insurance...Im talking about gifts for the kids, telling me about personal struggles, crying and comforting each other, heart-felt hugs,etc. Now, she won't allow me to go on a payment plan or pay the discount price her clinic offers even though I experienced a layo... read more
Let me see how I can say this in a professional manner, which I find this establishment doesn’t operate in professionalism. I was going to leave this alone, but I can’t. I had an appointment on September 24, 2025 and from the first moment that I walked around to find out how to get inside the front door into this medical facility, it was like a maze.
