They may have a good selection of frames to choose from but their staff isn't as awesome.... we keep getting our appointments changed or we sit and wait forever. this morning my husband showed up for his appointment only to be told it had been rescheduled. no one told him till after he showed up. then after he's there and told this.... THEN you sent out an updated appointment like you didn't actually change it till AFTER he showed up for his appointment today. no phone call prior. nada. RecommendedSo today I had my appointment, after 4 years of dragging my feet! Everyone was awesome explained everything they were doing! Dr. Martin and his side kick Clarissa were great! The sweet gal who helped me with glasses was also amazing! Thank you all for amazing service!

Amazing first time experience
I was a walk in on a Saturday at 12:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing. I was not a patient and was traveling through Texas. I have never experienced such kindness and exceptional care at an Optics company before. I had a severe eye infection. I had minimal wait, the entire staff and Dr. we’re exceptional! If I didn’t live 850 miles away they would be my choice for care. Thank you so much Broome Optical! Pamela Griffin, Arizona

By not charging $1,200 a pair of glasses. I paid cash...filed insurance...insurance declined...they still turned my bill over to collectors and won't fix it even though I paid cash. I'll never give my business there again!!!!!!!!!!! It's going to cost me another $700 to remove this from my credit. Never again!
