The only eye doctors I have returned to year after year. Staff is very professional and as a primary contact wearer their budget frames keeps my glasses script updated too. Love this place!
I was a patient there for several years. I was having a terrible time with my glasses and they would not help me. It very much seems like they do not care about people who have stayed with them and have been loyal to them. I will NEVER go back.

Raymond offered pathetic customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I see that you work on commission. Might want to rethink your choice in a career. However, Alyssa was very friendly and tried to make up for Raymond’s shortfall.

Dr. Neal Nossaman, OD, took great care of me today and his three team members. The front desk was sweet and polite, helpful and pricing was clear from signing in to leaving. Very impressed today with how well I was taken care of. The vibe is nice inside, you can tell the staff enjoys working there and taking care of people. I can’t wait to go back and that’s not always something one can say about seeing the optometrist.
