It's pretty peaceful most of the time.
The place got roachs & rats not mice but some big rats in the walls the lest control even said we shouldn't be living inside these apartments im currently waiting on my lawyer
Bugs and mold issues
I've been here about four years. Officer manager Scott is very helpful and friendly. maintenance has been kept up ,they are doing renovations on all apartments..I'm in a renovated model and love it . Love the black and white cabinets and black appliances.Im also excited about the new dog park and picnic area and fitness area..Bugs are bugs everyone has them and they spray often but it is an older building.. Neighbors are friendly and I love our huge tree in the center of the property..
