Great Burgers... Great Deal... – Just want to start off by saying that I don't really understand all the bad comments and reviews about Brooklyn Flipster's. People still must think it's the Burger Bar and remember the bad name. This is an awesome place with a great atmosphere and service. Awesome Burger – If ur in a mood for good burger, this the place to go. When i heard that i was there during off peak hrs and can have 2 for 1 i ordered my 2nd one and took it to go :-D Great deal. Shame i can't eat burgers for lunch everyday :-(
Best Burger in the neighborhood – Absolutely loved the the Turkey burger i had there. Ordered it with the house garlic pesto fries which were to die for. My bartender was a sweetheart and recommended that i turn my order into a combo and save few bucks which was nice of her. My boyfriend got the Bison burger which he was very happy with and the sweet potato fries. The service was very nice and pretty quick considering how busy the place was. Same Owners Still Horrible, more tacky – Knowing the story of how the owner robbed all of the previous partners blind, wanted to see what the advertised "new owners" have done. My friends burger was burned on the outside, and raw inside. My sweet potato fries were greasy, and the new operating partner was not apologetic, quite tacky ,and rude. Not just slow, but rude and expensive. – Been here a few times and ended up regretting it each time. You hope it's a fluke each time, but no, odds are you're gonna hate your experience here. Burgers are good, although health code issues are brought up by other reviewers, so i'd watch out for that if you're daring enough to try this place. Delicious food, great location – I realize this place has changed a bit over time as do many restaurants. However, I have heard that there is a new owner and they are doing quite a bit of renovating and menu changing which explains why they are out of some things on the menu. Good, Relaxing Summer Place – A lot of people on here are saying that they had terrible experiences here, but in the two different occasions I've been there, I've had good experiences. Worse experience by far – I also became a member just to rate this horrible disgusting place. My daughter (9 years old) and I went out with some friends to eat there last night. First of all there was a long wait. When we got seated the service was horrible. NO place setting at all. I mean not even a fork, knife or napkin.
