Faheem Rasool is the finest dentist that I’ve ever experienced. His outstanding credentials (Harvard, etc.) are way beyond exemplary, but it’s the person that’s special here. Not only an extraordinary technician with great hands, Dr. Rasool is an artist with great compassion for those of us that are more than a little dental phobic...Do yourself a favor, go to the best! And that is Faheem Rasool and his wonderful staff at BDC!
I get my cleaning with Ashneal and she is awesome. Very conscientious, diligent and efficient. Great conversation and travel tips, too. And my Dentist, Dr. Shah-Hosseini is also wonderful. She listened to my concerns about the aesthetics of my gum recession and helped me think through some options for improvement. I like how your business isn't just trying to sell me procedures. Dr. Rasool is wonderful - a serious expert with a kind and thoughtful manner. A true professional. All the staff in the office display the same high quality and attitude.
I had another great experience with BDC. I called the office on Friday morning after a day of increasing pain in one of my lower front teeth. I was given an appointment on the spot to come in at noon so a doctor could check to determine the issue. I was called shortly after indicating I could come in earlier to have my issue not only looked at but also addressed. As usual, the place is so clean and pleasant (love their arts on walls). Everybody is very friendly and courteous. No wait, they take me in on time. Excellet care.
My wife and I each broke a tooth clean off within 2 days of each other. She had an appointment, and we both went in today to makes plans for what to do next. The teeth were too infirm to save, so Dr. Ortiz removed them and prepped us both for new implants. All in one sitting..! We were amazed. Your results could vary, but this was an indicator for us that we are going to the right place. No pain, either.
Everyone was kind, gentle, and nonjudgmental. I was very scared going in but had a wonderful experience.
