I found BDC to be friendly, considerate and competent. I recommend them if anyone is looking for a dentist.
Dr. Ortiz provided me with the care and attention to detail that one hopes for when in great dental pain. He thoroughly examined my problem tooth. Diagnosed the problem and provided me with a detailed presentation of my options and his recommendations. He then went to the extra effort to call in an endodotist to address the problem that very day. I also never felt rushed, or like his attention was elsewhere.
I was referred to Dr. Urdaneta by my dentist didn’t know what to expect and though I had a brave face on I have to admit I was pretty nervous 😬 Brookline dental center is very high tech and the people there were all great & very friendly . Doctor Urdaneta & his staff were incredibly professional and had a very calming disposition they were fast, efficient and the result was beyond my expectation & with minimal discomfort to boot! If I ever needed another tooth implant there is no where else I would go.
I travel 2.5 hours each way from Provincetown to go to "my dentist.". Worth every mile.
Brookline Dental Center is an A+ operation. It is efficient, clean, caring and the clinical care is first rate. They are excellent at quelling anxiety in us nervous people. They give great pointers on improving oral care without laying on the guilt. Best dentist I've ever had! I strongly recommend BDC.
Just a cleaning this time. My hygienist was thorough and careful, as she always is. And the people at the front desk were efficient and helpful.
We've been coming to BDC for a couple of decades. Like many people, I hated going to the dentist. Dr. Rasool and his whole staff are highly competent and compassionate. They explain everything and their approach is patient-centered. They even have persuaded me to take better care between visits. Worth coming back and taking good care of my teeth and gums.
I was taken in for my appointment early. Care was great. I was informed at each stage of the process. The team worked efficiently but carefully.
Per usual the Dentist and his crew were thoughtful ,thorough , and professional A job well done and helpful feed back to improve my teeth and anticipate future needs ,
