Verified Renter I've been living at Brookland Press since 2021 and I still love it. It's such a great community with wonderful people. The staff is amazing and always responsive. The monthly events they plan for the residents are fun, I look forward to them each month. It gives you the opportunity to meet your neighbors and get to know the staff a little better.

Verified Renter I've been living at Brookland Press since 2021 and have really enjoyed it. All the staff, from the leasing manager, the leasing office staff, concierge staff and maintenance are very professional and really make it great to come home!

Verified Renter Lived here for several years so far. Thought about moving out several times, but the staff, leasing agents, and property managers are all very hospitable and accommodating since I've been a resident. This is what made me decide to renew my lease over the years. The building is also close to the metro, which is very convenient.

Don't bother I have lived here for four years and every year it just gets worse. Property managers are unresponsive and inept. Good luck getting help with anything when things go wrong.
