comunity is nice,but the staff from the oficce are not nice....There is not place for kids to play,the cars are driving fast in comunity and is scary all the time.Pedro and Alberto are very gently all the time...for them 5 stars

I have been living at Brookdale Lakes for 7 years now. The only reason I’m leaving is I am relocating to a different state. I’ve lived in several apartments in my life and this is BY FAR the most spacious, beautiful, luxurious, functional downright perfect unit I’ve ever had the pleasure to reside in. I love everything about it. I wake up to a beautiful pond outside of my bedroom window, adorable wildlife, the apartment itself is just gorgeous with a wood burning fireplace, large granite countertops, dark wood flooring and the perfect color scheme for my taste. I have lived at Brookdale lakes for over eight years and I would have to say this is by far the best place to live. The apartments are beautiful and the community is great. Not to mention we have a great staff that takes good care of their tenants.
Horrible managers. Disrespectful attitude towards residents. If something is broken in the apartment - you need to wait a week to somebody fix it. Last summer in the pool my children found a rat(I have a photo). These apartments are not worth the money that they want for them!
I love everything about Brookdale Lakes!!! The grounds and buildings are well maintained and manicured, the buildings are secure, and the views are beautiful! The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Noise cancellation between the apartments is on point; you barely even notice that live around others. The indoor hot tub is beautiful and the fitness center is very clean and functional. We will happily be staying here for a long, long time.
