I have my new tooth and I am thrilled. It took a while to get everything in the proper time and order but well worth the wait. Thank you EWD staff for the good care you always give me.
The transition from Dr. Fankhauser to Dr. K has been seamless. The staff are all happy and continue to provide great care to huge chickens like myself. :<)

Had a crown done today. Dr. Koepsel and Patricia are fantastic. So concerned that you are ok. Laura the receptionist is super sweet. Joyce took time to help me figure out the insurance and finances in advance. Wonderful group!
Had a molar removed which I wasn't looking forward to but the Dr and Assistant were so assuring and explain what to expect. It was done in no time. Patricia (hope I have her name right) said I'll walk you out and I replied - Oh, it's all done? Just a wonderful team! Thank heavens I found Dr. Koepsel again - lost him for a while when he moved into his new location.

Everyone was very nice and quite competent. Dr. D. Has a demeanor that relaxes you and guides you through the experience with ease. Patrisha is a very pleasant person and is the sort of assistant every Dentist could use to put the patient at ease. The office manager was also a very nice lady who has beautiful teeth that are to die for. I also ran into a fellow El Doradoan, Tiffany, who's uncle is a friend of mine from high school. David Koepsel and Roxy are absolutely awesome!!! In fact, the whole staff at East Wichita Dentist were so caring, helpful, and considerate there was no question in my mind that this was the place for me.
