The team at EWD is always friendly and goes out of their way to make sure the patient is happy and comfortable. Dr. Koepsel and his assistant(Roxy I think?) are totally in sync when working on a tooth. It really puts you at ease to have such a great duo working on you. Dr. Koepsel even called in the evening to ensure I was doing okay after getting 2 fillings done. He's called me every time I've had work done. My hygienist is amazing too. Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. Vey clean and welcoming environment. My teeth were cleaned so well, after I left I did not want to eat or drink ANYTHING!!!!! It was an awesome experience. Dr was AMAZING and took time to hear my concerns and share his observation of the identified needs. Love this place,

I don't know too many people that actually describe the dentist office as being fun but this one is. The work that gets done is painless and the staff is a hoot. You will enjoy the experience.

Everyone at East Wichita Dental is very friendly. I like the fact that the dentist takes the time to visit with you and answer any questions that you may have.

I love going to East Wichita Dentist. The staff are all so professional and caring I feel like family. An injury to one of my front teeth years ago and having gum disease caused it to shrink and grow dark. The skilled team at East Wichita Dentist were able to give me a new tooth and even the staff couldn't tell which one it was. Now I can smile and talk again with confidence. My gums are getting better as well.Thank you East Wichita Dentist.

The staff is always down to earth and very personable. I've been going to East Wichita Dentist for about 5 years now and can't imagine ever switching. It started out with a visit about fixing some serious, embarrassing neglect that was my mouth. They were instrumental in making me feel at ease and were non judgmental. I was really anxious before my appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 5-6 years. My hygienist was very gentle (I usually need to be numbed beforehand but not this time). She explained everything beforehand. Really impressed and glad to have finally found a dentist I'm comfortable with.

East Wichita Dentist staff make the dental visit as pleasant as possible. They call you by name and show you appreciation for being one of their patients. They are gentle, are very thorough and do a great job of explaining any issues or work needed. If you are looking for a dentist, I would recommend EWD.

My visit at the Dentist office was pleasant everyone was very nice and professional explain the problems that I am experiencing. The Dentist himself was nice and huminous I like that.
