I really enjoy Tiff. She knows how nervous I get and she always makes me feel comfortable when I’m there. She is definitely a sweetheart.
My daughter is scared of dentist. When we went in, she had been to 5 dentist apts, with 2 different dentists, and was still in severe pain. Both other dentists told us she needed a root canal or she needed the adult tooth pulled. Dr Koepsel was gentle and decided to open up her recent filling (from a different dentist). The inside of the filling had never hardened up and fell out in multiple pieces. Dr Koepsel re did the filling and she was almost instantly pain free. Dr Koepsel will become our new family dentist now.
I use to hate this experience but now it’s fine. Tiffany is great and Doc is so good at explaining and prioritizing. Love all the staff. So friendly and helpful!
