I am pretty sure I am not every dental hygienist and dentist's favorite dream of a patient. Going to the dental office is very stressful for me. Although, I am not sure why because of the great treatment I get at East Side Dental. My hygienist, Michelle, is the best. She seems to sense when I need to take a break to breathe (I sometimes forget to do that when anxious) and close my mouth for a bit. She is so patient with me. My son and I went in for our 6 month check up and as usual it was a wonderful experience! My 4 yr old felt so comfortable being there he jumped in the chair first to have his teeth cleaned. Michelle is very attentive to make sure we are comfortable and she is gentle. We will be back in another 6 months! Thank you for the great service!
I had and have some serious issues w/my teeth. From the first visit, to now as we are proceeding w/ my treatment, all of the staff have been supportive, and helpful, and caring. These people are my first recommendation to any person needing dental care.
I was quite pleased with the way everything went. All was done in a pleasant manner, and the extraction was super fast. There was no pain. I have no complaints, just praise for the way all went. Everyone was quite pleasant.
Appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and I was in and out within a short time. I was given options on the treatment and where to go for a referral.
Just had my 6 month cleaning and check. Dr. K and his staff are continuing the great caring & understanding service of Dr. Fankhauser. The staff (Sandy, Tiffany & Michelle) all are happy and that speaks volumes about what is going on here.
Very pleased with this practice! All of the staff were extremely caring and Dr. Koepsel was wonderful. I plan to make this my home dental office! Couldn't be happier with the care I received.
I have had my and my father's dental cleanings done by dental hygienist Michelle at East Wichita Dentist for the past year. She is very knowledgable and did a thorough assessment and an excellent dental cleaning both times. Dr. Thomas Fankhouser at this practice is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life, unfortunately he retired from practice a few months ago. The tech and the dentist were kind and informative, quickly developed and plan. I appreciate that happened so quickly. Everyone at the office was friendly and knowledgeable.
