Great work, really appreciate Dr. Koepsel's good care and great skill. He listened & didn't try to rush me along. I like that. I also appreciate that with a broken tooth, you were able to take care of me the next day after I called. Thank you!

East Wichita Dentist's staff are very customer service oriented and they are great at their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a dental office.
I have been there a couple of times and very pleased with my treatments! This time I had my cleaning and brought my son in for a happy visit. Michelle was very patient and explained everything to my son as she went. She let him touch the tools to help him feel comfort as she was cleaning my teeth. I was so thankful she took the time to do that because when it was his turn he jumped in the chair and was ready to go! He said he had fun! I have referred people to your office and will again. She does an awesome job!
Tiffany is great at making one comfortable and relaxed. She explains procedures and is quite empathetic. Love the doc. He has a way with words and a great sense of humor. He gave me several options for choosing the best procedure without pressuring me. Great practice. 👏👏
