I have been coming to Brook West since I was five, and I continue to absolutely love everything about it. G was so helpful and gentle, and Dr Harding was able to squeeze me in for a last minute retainer removal. I love how friendly and lid back everyone is. Such a great experience.
I saw Dr. Hastings for Botox! I was looking for a convenient location in Maple Grove and I have found it. It was a quick in & out during my lunch break, went back to work and no one even noticed. I will be back for sure. The entire staff at Brook West is great!
Happy that you offer the new senior program. As far as my last visit it was a good experience. Everyone there is so nice and make you feel comfortable.As we all know going to the dentist is not something that one looks forward to.
Dr. Smith and G are both excellent. I was a bit disappointed to learn that there will now be an extra charge of $25 for topical anesthetic used for my cleaning procedure. It looks like I could buy about 120 doses for less than 50 cents apiece on the Internet. I hope you don't start charging extra for Novocaine next when more extensive dental work is require. Otherwise, the basic care is great and I like the addition of the neck pillow to make a visit more comfortable.
