My experience was most satisfactory and successful. The hygienist was friendly, efficient, careful, and more than competent in complete the cleaning process. As always, it was a pleasure to see Dr. Smith, especially after his long hiatus. If there is anything else I would say, it would be that the stairs to the office are a challenge, and the hall is long. I realize wheelchairs are available, but it does make obvious the passage of time.
I was treated on time and well cared for. Everyone is very professional.
Dr. Wang is such a professional at what he does!!! Truly why I choose him as my dentist is not only because of his stellar skills but ALSO because he is warm, kind and compassionate! i have a history of terrible dental pain with dental care before I came to Brookwest. Dr. Wang did an amazing quick job. No pain during my fillings and seriously, only took like 20 minutes for two. He's done a great job since I was 12. He is super friendly and so are the hygienist that help.
