I feel like they really care about my individual needs and preferences. When I arrived at my cleaning, the tv was set to the channel that I previously specified, and they always tell me what they are doing as also specified at my very forst appointment. They are really interested in making sure I am having a good, low/no stress experience. I am so impressed and love this practice!
