My entire first time experience with Brookwest was positive - from the check-in process to the minimal waiting time to the warm welcome by my hygienist G. I highly recommend this practice to those who are seeking a non-stressful dental experience.
I was very nervous about having 2 filings replaced. Dr Wong asked many times if I was doing okay. He also was very funny :) which helped me feel more relaxed. He did a great job. I really appreciated the follow up phone call today by the staff to see how I was doing. I have no pain or any problems with the 2 teeth. Thank you, Dr. Wong!
