Now that I am receiving appointment reminders via text and email that both ask me to confirm, when I get a phone message that also asks me to confirm it feels like overkill. It makes me wonder if your different methods communicate. Did they get my text confirmation? If so, why do I need to confirm my phone and email messages?

My wife and I recently had our bi=annual teeth cleaning. As usual, Krista did a wonderful job. She's meticulous, gentle and thorough. My wife had some gum irritation prior to the cleaning, and Dr. Tom examined her at length following the cleaning, taking a complete history, answering any and all questions and provided expert advise. The Wuesthoff team is the best I've ever seen, and I've seen more than a few dentists. Members of my family routinely travel hundreds of miles to be treated by him.
