Absolutely fab gym! I live in the UK but whenever I'm staying in Kzoo I always visit . It's a great friendly gym with a mixed clientele and they always do me a temporary membership. I definitely give this gym 5 stars!
They could offer more classes, specifically for 70 plus.
Amazing every time i go i have a good workout and good swimming when i have lunch at the cafe its good and healthy and yummy the staff is very helpful and friendly it's awesome all around
Swim lessons are the best in town!!!! Great instructors that love kids!!!

This is the best gym in town. I love coming here and I’m so glad I joined!
After an intense work out, usually body pump or the expresso bike, I enjoy taking a cold shower, go in the hot tub, followed by a couple of minutes in the cold water plunge, then the steam room, and finish up with a refreshing shower. No doubt the best facilities in the area!
