Everyone is friendly and a great variety of equipment. We enjoy family time there several nights a week.

I love the pools. Tell Anne she has a great smile and beautiful eyes. The staff has always been polite and helpful.
I recently joined BAC and had been struggling with an old injury that was affecting my daily life. I was unable to take my favorite classes and becoming very disconcerted with fitness. I decided to try personal training and it was the best decision ever! Jeremy Mutchler has helped get me back on track and I couldn't be more thankful. He is very talented and knowledgeable about sports rehab and really cares about helping people achieve their goals.
Just recently joined and I have to say I am thrilled that I did! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility, amenities and the classes offered here :-) I would highly recommend joining to anyone!!
I just love all the get classes that are offered! It really motivates me to get my workouts in 💪🚴♀️🏋️♀️🏃🏻♂️
I love the Serious Wellness classes with Ken! It’s great to have a gym that cares about those of us who are a bit older but who want to improve our fitness levels. The trainers are awesome as well—recently had some sessions with Jeremy and he has helped me quite a bit.
Beautiful facility! The staff was friendly and helpful and the equipment is first rate, top of the line stuff! Awesome place!
If you are looking for a gym where the staff and trainers are all welcoming this is the place. My favorite trainer is Jeremy his classes that he teaches downtown are awesome and he will always give a modifier move if you are unable to do something. My husband has personal training sessions with Jeremy as well and loves the push and motivation he gives him. Strongly recommend this gym to all.
