I love the BAC! It's such a great place to work out. The group exercise classes and the instructors are the best. They give you a great work out and make it a lot of fun! I look forward to seeing my friends I've made in these classes each week and meeting new ones. My favorites are Zumba, Tabata, Body Pump and one they just added LeBarre.
I love the classes geared for older people who want to stay strong too!
I've been to this facility for physical therapy in the gym, pool, and in an occupational therapy room. Everywhere I visited was always very clean, modern, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! It's the only place I'll go for future therapy needs!
I've been a member for a while. Mostly for the pool and massage. But, I've been branching out and trying more offerings. I've done some personal training which was good. I just did the intro for kettelbell...Ken was fantastic!! I think I found my new thing to do there.
well I am nice and clean because I do the locker rooms and want people to feel welcome and I love working out there
This is a really nice gym. I am there almost everyday. I love working out here. It is clean, nice and the staff is really friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about fitness.
I want to give a shout out to Jeremy for his fantastic job at Bronson. I was part of Jeremy's 6 week Women’s lifting workshop and it was an amazing experience. His knowledge, dedication and charisma really made the difference. These classes helped me build a new level of confidence using certain weight equipment, especially the squat racks area, which I had never before used unless I was accompanied by my husband. I’ve been going to the BAC for two years. In that time I have lost 35lbs, gone down 3 pants sizes, ran my first 5K, and gained so much strength and confidence. Working with my trainers Meg and Jeremy has been monumental in reaching my goals. After a work related injury both Jeremy and Meg helped me with mobility training and adapting exercises to prevent reinjury while still gaining strength. They believe in me and push me past my limits. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their guidance and support!
Classes, instructors, trainers are all top notch. Clean, accommodating environment.
