I’ve been a member for 14+ years and have always felt comfortable here. But this fall/beginning of winter has become my favorite time at BAC. I will now become upset with myself when I miss a day. I love my classes I’m taking and I am seeing and feeling a difference already. Barre with Marissa has been amazing. I take it twice a week. Butts and Guts with Jeremy and Marissa is a great class. Hands down the best gym in the Kalamazoo area. Awesome customer service, fantastic facilities, and spotless.

Absolutely loved Jeremy’s Weights for Women 6 week class. I hope the word is getting around. The weights and bars have always been intimidating for me. Jeremy walked us through the correct way to use the bars and weights and machines, watched our form and encouraged us. I realize now I don’t have to spend hours going from machine to machine. And it looks like I may have found some other ladies to work out with. Thank you, Jeremy.
I just finished Jeremy's 6 week weight training class for women. I recommend it for women to get more comfortable with using the weight room equipment. He provided us with great instruction on correct form, customizing your own workout, and handling the free weights in the cage area. Thanks Jeremy!
Always clean locker rooms, plenty of clean towels , ample exercise machines, classes, swimming pool. I love working out there.
