Facilities nice and clean. Staff great
Getting someone on the phone takes way too long called several times only to get to 2 minutes and the phone basically sends you into a leave a voicemail and they will get back to you.
The therapists themselves are great but scheduling is absolutely a hot mess. My daughter is supposed to go for weekly PT treatments. Her appointments have been canceled on us. They have 2 weeks in a row where they can’t fit us in at all, no availability and won’t let you book out any further to make sure you can actually get the appointments you need. This is the second time this has happened to us in the 6 weeks she’s been seen here. I’d recommend trying somewhere else.
