I Love my 2014 Escape, It has everything. I love it when all I have to do is walk up to my door and pull the handle and it unlocks and opens for me. Do have to unlock it at all. I came in to the Quick Lube on Wed 8/26 at around 9:30 and despite the construction and circling the building once, found the trailer and came in for an "the works". I mentioned that at the previous visit, something was suggested about the steering. After looking it up they said a fluid flush was recommended. We have been very satisfied with our experience of buying a truck in 2014 and a focus in 2015. The service dept has been great and we can't say enough good things about our saleman Doug Mahood. Best saleman we have ever had. Will continue buying from him. Everyone that we have the pleasure of meeting at Brondes have been kind and helpful. I will recommend this dealer and Doug Mahood to everyone who is looking for a vehicle.
I took my car in for a an oil change and regular maintenance. They took car of my car in a timely manner. I was very satisfied.
Place sold me a brand new truck that doesn't even work properly but yet doesn't want to buy it back because they can't fix it
i took my car in to get the oil changed for a long trip we was going on, the nite before we had the rear brakes changed by a family member and i personally filled the washer fluid to the top. On the report that brondies gave us after changing the oil they said that the rear braked were worn more then the front (they was brand new) and that the washer fluid was low and filled to proper level. SMH.......wont be going back.
